BETTING FUND RULES

a supecomputer needs to be rented[a Cray XMP] for the proper ratios.
*Half Rules:
  *for 1-1 to 8-1 odds
  *the Half Rule  is for very low costs bets.50% is kept for safety and bets
*Quarter Rules:
  *same as Half Rules
  *1/4 is kept for profit/safety/tax/bets
*Eighth Rule bets:
  *same as Half Rule with the exception that more accuracy is used for odds betting
*Hundredth Rule Bets:
  *same as the Eighth Rule Bets;except,there is 100 chances to win a profit
  *a 1/800 bet allows 100 bets for 1-1 odds
    example:for $800,$1 is betted in 1-1 odds , for 100 chances to obtain a profit

50% Half Rule Betting:
 *8-1 odds=0.125 times the total amount to bet
 *4-1 odds=0.25 times the total bet amount
 *2-1 odds:0.50 the total bet amount
30% Third Rule Betting:
 *8-1 odds=0.03 times the total bet amount
 *4-1 odds=0.07 times the total bet amount
 *2-1 odds=0.15 times the total bet amount
25% Quarter Rule Betting:
 *8-1 odds=0.03 times the total bet amount
 *4-1 odds=0.06 times the total bet amount
 *2-1 odds:0.01 times the total bet amount
10%  Tenth Rule Betting:
 *8-1 odds=0.80 tmes the total bet amount
 *4-1 odds=0.02 times the total bet amount
 *2-1 odds=0.05 times the total bet amount
1% Hundredth Rule Betting
 *8-1 odds=0.08 times the total bet amount
 *4-1 odds=0.04 times the total bet amount
 *2-1 odds=0.02 times the otal bet amount
